In this day and age, I think it’s more important than ever to have each other’s backs. There is too much individualism and we seem to have forgotten how strong we can be together.

Ryan Hawell and I, have been friends since our first day of high school, almost 30 years ago!!

We both now find ourselves as two long haired, spiritual, hippie type of blokes exploring and experimenting with our reconnection to nature and her elements.

I take great pride in sharing my friends successes and ventures, so it was an honour to get some time to speak to Ryan about his latest venture, Earth Medicines Miami.
