There is that one thing that you know you should be doing.
In fact, it’s been on your to-do list for weeks or months now. And….it doesn’t go away.
It’s that little nagging voice in your head that reminds you constantly, “I need to do that” and then you respond to the little voice “I just need to do this first…” or “Tomorrow, I’m definitely going to do it when I have time”
Eventually a miracle happens and you sit down to do ‘The Thing’
But….then…
You just have to check a website quickly.
Or refresh your emails or feed one more time.
Or just watch one more YouTube video…
And then….it’s been one hour and you haven’t done it yet, but now you are tired and “Need a fresh mind” to do it. So you’ll get onto it tomorrow…
And the cycle repeats. And repeats.
This is probably the reason you get left behind.
Or feel inefficient.
Or feel empty.
Or even anxious.
