Mac Brazina - Episode 111

“Enjoy the simple steps. Take pride in your small steps. Be in your little steps”

Mindset Shifter. Human Builder. Professional Coach. Personal Trainer. Orator. Smiler. Entrepreneur. Community Creator. Conversation Starter. Anthropologist. Straight Talker.

Each day we are all blessed with a fresh and full 24 hours. Twenty-four hours of possibility, of creativity, of rest, of peace, of space. How we use that time, each and every day, is a choice. We can succumb to the distractions and be part of the inefficient roller coaster, or we can be focused, committed, plan, and then enjoy a good sense of fulfilment each night.

Our Podcast guest this week, Mac Brazina, talks a lot about ‘the other 23 hours’. You see, that one hour that you spend in the gym is important, mostly for your aesthetics and fitness. However, what are you doing with the other 23 hours in your day to really improve your overall mindset and wellbeing?

Mac Brazina - Coach, Trainer, Mindset Shifter, Founder of Human Builder

Mac is still a young lady, although she is wise beyond her years. Her wisdom can be attributed to being the oldest of five siblings, coming from a lineage of ‘power women’, the hardships and shortcomings she has faced, dealing with her shadows, taking a psychedelic journey, and training her body and mind.

As with many people, there is a catalyst which often initiates a downward spiral towards a dark space. For Mac, that was when her Mom was diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome, which is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system.

Mac is a firm believer in human potential. Once we begin to comprehend our mind and practice mind control, our potential becomes infinite. So, you can be anxious, you can be upset, you can be heart broken, or in mourning, but you can still evolve and be a better person!

With a change in mindset comes a change of energy, and we are at a time in our existence when, as humans, we need to embrace our feminine and masculine energies with equal proportions.

Mac, as you may have guessed, is one of those precious souls who has been sent here to help us bridge the gap between science and esoterism. To close the space between our own limiting beliefs and what is possible. To understand that we need to take control of our internal dialogues. To allow us to connect and balance our masculine and feminine energies.

Psychedelics showed Mac that she wasn’t a prisoner to her brain, and that her brain was not the one in control. They built a bridge of information for her spirit and physical existence to connect. They showed her what she was capable of, that she was not a victim, and that magic is totally real…

A workout is the microcosm of daily life. There’s going to be reps that don’t feel great, and ones that do. Loads that seem impossibly heavy to lift, and ones that feel light as a feather. It’s all about how you approach your reps. It’s about one rep at a time. Knowing that each rep is an opportunity to dig into discomfort and reap what it has to offer you…

We hope you enjoy this conversation as much as we did.
