No! The program includes simple yet effective physical training routines suitable for all fitness levels. No gym is required, and workouts range from just 5 to 20 minutes per day.

All calls are recorded, so you can catch up at your own pace. Plus, the daily group chat ensures you stay connected and supported.

Plan to dedicate 30 minutes per day to personal growth and 60-90 minutes per week for live coaching calls. The more you invest in yourself, the greater the results.
