I was really interested in doing the Renaissance Man group coaching as the course came at a good time when I had been facing challenges with my exercise regime and negative mindset after my wife returned to work following maternity leave.I had been feeling like my routine was out of kilter and I didn’t have enough time for myself and lacked concrete goals.

I took so much more out of the 8 weeks than I initially expected! The weekly sessions are full of interesting and insightful content and Gareth was a genuine, competent and passionate facilitator who helped me reset and refocus. 

The sense of community we built up as a group gave me the motivation to take on the exercise and coaching challenges. It also gave me the opportunity to carve out the time I needed to reset some of my thinking and offered me a lot of new perspectives. All of the guys were really honest and brave which I found inspiring and lead to some really great conversations and support for each other.  

I highly recommend this for any man who is looking to improve their physical or mental wellbeing, have meaningful conversations with other men going through similar challenges or just find some time to focus on themselves and what they want from their life.
