I was recently lucky enough to participate in the ‘Renaissance Man’ coaching course with Gareth.
I have been on a journey myself over the last couple of years in several different ways and had wanted to try some coaching but hadn’t found what I was looking for.
I wanted something within a group that would challenge my perceptions, thoughts, and environment.
The activities, insights, challenges, and support provided by Gareth over the eight weeks were fantastic.
The group environment was built on trust and accountability, and each session was equally thought-provoking and collaborative.
Most importantly, it was a great experience and a lot of fun.
